What can be returned?

  • We only accept returns, if the item is bought from our website www.winchef.in
  • All products are returnable if the product is in the same condition as when purchased. This includes the product packaging and original price tags. Products must not be used.
  • The item should be returned to us within 7 days from the delivery if it’s in broken      condition or a wrong product received.

Return Procedure

  • In case you are not satisfied with the product that has been delivered then you can raise a return request within 7 days after the product has been delivered to you.
  • After raising the return request you will get a confirmation from our end that your return request has been accepted.
  • After obtaining a RETURN AUTHORIZATION, product can be returned to our head office: 58,BEHIND PNB,DURGA NAGAR,AMBALA CITY,HARYANA -134003
  • Full refund will be processed from our end once we receive the product back from you in the original packing condition with the accessories which were included in the product along with the original invoice.
  • No return request will be accepted after a period of 7 days from the actual delivery date of the order.
  • The products can only be returned if the return reason lies within the Above conditions

SHIPPING FOR RETURNS

  • Customer needs to ship the product. The courier charges will be borne by the customer.
  • Shipping charges will be borne by Winchef International only if the product received has a manufacturing defect or was in damaged Condition.
  • If you wish to cancel an order that has been shipped but has not yet been delivered, please get in touch with our Customer Support team at customercare@winchef.in
  • Cancellation charges will be applicable.
  • Customer is responsible about damaged due to returning transit; it is advised that   the return packets should be strongly packaged.

  • If any product which is delivered is not same as per order or in damaged condition then the same will be replaced by us without any charge. (In condition of damaged product it is your responsibility to contact us immediately.

Refund

  • The User will be required to produce a copy of the original invoice at the time of placing a request for return or exchange of Products.
  • If multiple products were ordered and only part of the order is to be returned then refund would be only the price of the product returned.
  • For exchange, refunds or resolution of your issue, it can take up to a max. of 10 working days of processing from the date of receiving the product.
  • If you wish to exchange an item you must inform us of your first request to us. Please note that we will refund returns postage costs on faulty goods only.

Winchef International reserves the right to alter and enforce this Return and Refund Policy at any time without having to serve a prior notice on the User.
